Return & Exchange Policy

At Zedan Shoemaker, customer satisfaction is our priority. We greatly care for our customers, which is why if there is any issue with the size or quality of your shoes, we will replace them with a new pair of the same design you ordered. Please note that replacements are possible, but returns and refunds will not be entertained as per our policy. Please review the policy details below:

Exchanges

Before requesting an exchange, please ensure compliance with the following conditions:
  • Exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging, including accessories and the shoebox. Used, altered, or damaged items will not be accepted.
  • Free exchanges are available within Pakistan.

How to Request an Exchange

1. Contact us via email at zedanshoemaker@gmail.com or WhatsApp at 0303-0141888,
stating your order details and the reason for exchange.
2. You will receive an email confirming acceptance of your exchange request.
3. Ensure the item is in its original condition (with all accessories and packaging) before
returning it.
4. Once we receive your returned item, our Quality Department will inspect and validate it. If approved, we will process your exchange within 10-12 working days.

Returns

As per our policy, returns and refunds are not accepted. However, customers can request a replacement for any size or quality issue.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at zedanshoemaker@gmail.com with your order details and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, including shipping costs, at no additional charge to you.

Final Sale Items

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or discounted products cannot be exchanged, unless defective or damaged upon arriva

  • Shipping to the US and UK: Typically takes 7-21 business days.
Customs & Duties
  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility
International Exchanges
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and packaging.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any duties or taxes incurred when sending the item back from Pakistan to the US or UK. We recommend using a reliable, traceable shipping method.
  • Customs & Duties: Any customs duties, taxes, or fees paid during delivery are non-refundable.
  • Exchange Process: Contact us at zedanshoemaker@gmail.com within 10 days of delivery to initiate an exchange. Once approved, return the item using a traceable shipping service and share the details with us.
  • Processing Time: International exchanges will be processed within 14-21 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
